We offer refunds only on orders that have not yet been shipped. If your order has not shipped and you wish to request a refund, please contact us immediately at ctaxapparel@gmail.com.
Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final and non-refundable
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure your order details (size, color, address, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase.
No Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ctaxapparel@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
